Absolutely not! Our programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. We assess your current fitness level and tailor our coaching to suit your specific needs and capabilities.
Typical sessions last about an hour. We recommend 3-4 sessions per week for optimal results. But this can be fully customised to match your schedule and starting point.
Most clients see improvements in 3-4 weeks with consistent program participation.
